APPLE CHALET II:
Our chalet has two separate floors. On the main floor, we have two bedrooms (each with a queen size bed and a huge picture window), 1 ½ baths, a large great room with 5 huge picture windows - living room, dining area and kitchen combination). Downstairs has a large family room, large master bedroom (with a queen size bed), large bathroom and a finished utility room. This chalet also has
Berber carpet throughout and lots of extra touches. It also is very light and bright!

- 3 bedrooms(& small loft)/2 ½ bath. (3 Queen Beds, sleeper sofas in the living room and family room and a twin bed in the loft) (sleeps 11)

BOTH CHALETS HAVE:
- Fully equipped kitchens - including dishwasher. Microwave, garbage disposal, blender, mixer, coffeemaker, crockpot, toaster.
- Completely furnished. Includes 5 Color TVs with extended cable, VCR's, CD tape player, washer/dryer, phones etc.
- Almost all supplies are provided, including FIREWOOD! (enjoy a fire even in the summer on some of our cool nights!)
- Member of Beech Mountain Club.
- Both chalets are beautifully decorated and maintained.
- We are just a short distance away from major attractions such as Tweetsie Railroad, Grandfather Mountain, Linville Caverns, the Blue Ridge Parkway and many area golf courses.

- To hold your
reservation, a $400 deposit on rent, any applicable booking
fees and the signed contract needs to be received within 7
days after placing your reservation. The balance of the
rent, taxes, a $200.00 refundable security deposit and any
misc. fees incurred at your request will be due 30 days in
advance of your arrival date.
- ALL RESERVATIONS MUST BE CONFIRMED
BY PHONE.
- 7% NC sales tax and
6% Beech Mtn.
Accommodations tax are applicable on all stays.
- Generally a minimum 3 night stay is required. Some two day stays are allowed - please email
or call to
check.
- NO PETS AND NO SMOKING are allowed. We Request that smoking be done outside on the deck.
